Residents at the Magic Valley Manor Assisted Living Center in Wendell, Id colored 3,000 Easter Eggs for the community Easter Egg hunt last weekend. Magic Valley Manor was asked to take over the community easter egg hunt 15 years ago and the event has grown into a much anticipated tradition for Magic Valley Manor residents.
Kathy Adams, Administrator at Magic Valley Manor says that residents begin asking when they can color eggs weeks before the event. The residents are also the official judges for the community coloring contest — all leading up to the main event — the Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday morning. The hunt takes place on the beautiful historic grounds of The Magic Valley Manor.
“We recognize how important it is for residents in all of the Safe Haven Assisted Living Care facilities to be remain a part of their community,” said Safe Haven CEO Scott Burpee. “We love hosting the community Easter Hunt every year and appreciate all of the time and effort that Kathy Adams and her staff put into making sure it is success for our residents, their families and the community.”
