Jean Schoonover Excellence in Caring Award, who has 40 years of experience with skilled nursing, assisted-living, and psychiatric care. With facilities throughout southwestern, central and southeast Idaho, Safe Haven is ideally positioned to provide you with high quality service close to home — your home.

Safe Haven Health Care has facilities throughout southwestern, central and eastern Idaho.
Located in Pocatello, the Safe Haven Care Center provides skilled nursing and extensive therapy programs for southeast Idaho’s communities.

Located in Boise, Safe Haven Hospital of Treasure Valley is a secure behavioral and mental health hospital. This 16-bed inpatient facility serves the psychiatric needs of patients with care and compassion and offers behavioral and mental health services.
